Powder Coating Color Selection

At Dusty’s DC Electrical & Powder Coating, we keep a wide range of powder coating colors in stock to meet the needs of our customers. Interested customers can come to our shop and view the color samples in-person. This ensures you will get the precise color you want.

If a preferred color is not part of our standard stock, customers can view sample color chips and charts of the other available options. Once your specialty color is selected, we can have it in our shop within a few business days.

Powder Coating Process

To ensure a quality finish, our powder coating process includes thorough surface preparation. The process ensures proper adhesion of your selected finish, and increases the life of the coating.

The professionals at Dusty’s DC Electrical & Powder Coating understand that not all surfaces on a part will require a coating. Our masking process covers and protects any areas that will not receive the powder coating treatment. By preventing the coating from reaching key areas, the parts will fit together properly once the process is complete.
